Return Policy

Online Policy
Only 48h orders can be cancelled and only if the item has not shipped yet. Items purchased online on the processing period are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. JayMoxias.com team must be notified within 2 days after order in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake on our end. Refunds will not be issued after item has shipped without defects at arrival.
